The Christmas bureau of edmonton
The Christmas Bureau of Edmonton is a non-profit organization dedicated to spreading joy and providing assistance to families in need during the holiday season. For over 90 years, the Christmas Bureau of Edmonton has been a local beacon of hope during the holidays, ensuring that everyone in our community can experience the warmth and joy of Christmas.
Through their efforts, the Christmas Bureau has provided food hampers, gift cards, and festive meals to thousands of families, seniors, and individuals who might otherwise go without. Their mission is to promote the spirit of giving and community support, making the holiday season brighter for those who need it most.
During the Realmgate Hunt, we are collecting donations to help the Bureau in any way we can. In addition to a portion of your registration ticket, players will have the option to donate online or in person. For every $5 CAD donated before the close of the event, players will receive a raffle ticket to put towards a myriad of draw prizes.
We as organizers believe strongly in the generous spirit of our community and know firsthand how powerful that spirit can be when trying to make the lives of others easier.
An Edmonton-based event organizer, Trident Wargaming is locally renowned for their commitment to exceptional tournaments, leagues, and community events— all of which bring together players to enjoy any (or all!) of a variety of different wargaming systems, including Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Bolt Action, Horus Heresy, and Kill Team. Each team member at Trident brings their unique specializations to these systems, evident in how each event is meticulously planned with player experience in mind. their commitment to creating memorable experiences for players has established them as a trusted name in our community.

Trident Wargaming
For those who haven't had the pleasure of checking them out yet, Fenris Workshop specializes in selling diorama products, miniatures, and hobby supplies to artists, modelers and wargaming enthusiasts across Canada and the USA. We owe a great deal of thanks to the quick and comprehensive access we've had to the diorama products needed for the thematic terrain sets we'll be seeing at The Realmgate Hunt this fall. As part of their efforts to strengthen the communities all across Canada, they've launched the Fenris Alliance project to help events like ours come to life- not to mention that they sponsor a variety of painting competitions, conventions and prominent painters all across the country. When the Fenris Alliance is involved, no one leaves empty-handed, and there will be plenty of goodies for each player at the event, courtesy of the Fenris team-including some store credit so that you can try out their products yourself!
